1. About This Policy

This Pricing Policy describes the plan, pricing, billing terms, and refund policy for Impulse Offers, a Shopify app developed for Shopify merchants. By installing and using Impulse Offers, you agree to this Pricing Policy.

All billing for Impulse Offers is managed exclusively through the Shopify Billing API. All charges appear on your Shopify invoice. Impulse Offers never directly handles payment information.

2. Plan & Pricing

Impulse Offers offers a single plan with full access to all features.

Standard Plan — $5 per 30 days

New installations include a 7-day introductory period. You will not be charged until the introductory period ends. If you cancel before it ends, you will not be charged.

Included Features:

  • Unlimited checkout offers: Create as many upsell offers as you need
  • One-click add to cart: Customers add offers without leaving checkout
  • Analytics dashboard: Track impressions, adds, and revenue per offer
  • Customizable display: Control title, description, price, and positioning
  • Product variant support: Attach offers to any product variant in your store
  • Drag-to-reorder: Set offer priority with drag-and-drop

3. Introductory Period

New installations include a 7 days introductory period with full access to all features. You will not be charged during this period. If you cancel before the introductory period ends, you will not be charged.

After the introductory period, your subscription automatically begins at $5 per 30 days, billed through Shopify.

4. Billing

All billing for Impulse Offers is handled by Shopify's Billing API. Charges appear on your Shopify invoice, not as a separate charge. Impulse Offers does not store, access, or process your payment information.

After the introductory period, the subscription is billed on a recurring 30 days cycle. Subsequent charges occur automatically until you cancel.

5. Cancellation

Cancel anytime from your Shopify admin under Apps. No cancellation fees. If you cancel during the introductory period, you will not be charged.

To cancel your subscription:

  1. Go to your Shopify admin
  2. Click Apps
  3. Find Impulse Offers
  4. Click Delete or manage the subscription

6. Refund Policy

Full refunds are available within 24 hours of your first charge. After 24 hours, no refunds are available. Contact us via our contact page to request a refund.

Cancellation does not automatically trigger a refund — refunds must be requested separately within the 24-hour window.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Pricing Policy from time to time. We will notify active subscribers via email before any pricing changes take effect. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
